Since his murder-for-hire arrest last week, Lil Durk has received an outpouring of love and support from his fans and loved ones. He has been treated well, whether it be through relatives speaking out, other rappers and artists supporting him, or the “Free Durk” movement on social media.
Backlash has resulted from some of it. Consider Zayden, his 10-year-old son. In a statement, he thanked his father’s supporters for their support and advocacy. But it was obviously crafted by the rapper’s public relations crew.
However, if there is one lesson to be learned from all of this, it is that there is a genuine commitment to removing Durk’s reputation.
His streaming stats have significantly increased as a result of his devoted listeners doing their part. Additionally, you could say that people are marching in protest from all around the world.
Thanks to DJ Akademiks, there is video evidence of this.
Lil Durk’s Influence Is Wide-Ranging
Ghanaian supporters are making every effort to have their views heard, as seen in the video above.
There are several people wearing t-shirts and carrying OTF (Only The Family) flags while they stroll. While some are a little more irate and contemptuous, others were feeling it.
How do you feel about Ghanaian supporters of Lil Durk demonstrating for his release? Is it your opinion that he will become a free man in the future, or the opposite?
We would appreciate hearing your opinions, so please share them in the comments section. For all of the most recent information on Lil Durk, stay tuned to HNHH as well. For everything else that happens in the music industry, stay tuned.
