Woman Sues Metro Boomin for Allegedly Abusing and Getting Her Pregnant

On October 29, Metro Boomin become the target of horrifying accusations. Vanessa LeMaistre filed a lawsuit in opposition to the producer, claiming that he had sexually assaulted her in a 2016 studio consultation.

LeMaistre claims in the lawsuit, which TMZ became capable of get, that Boomin exploited her at a very sensitive second in her existence. In addition, she asserts that the producer’s alleged assault caused her to become pregnant.

She also claimed to have taken a shot of wine and half a Xanax, among other medications. According to LeMaistre, she passed out on a couch and awoke in a bed.

The victim was allegedly invited to Metro Boomin’s studio.

According to Vanessa LeMaistre, she found out she was expecting a child later on. She asserts that since she hadn’t had sex with anybody else, the pregnancy must have been caused by the alleged Boomin assault. Two months later, LeMaistre says she ended the pregnancy.

But the accusations don’t end there. According to the alleged victim, Metro Boomin made a reference to the occurrence in a song.

LeMaistre is requesting punitive damages as well as unspecified damages. Over the past year, Boomin has been embroiled in a number of litigation. They’ve all been about music. In 2023, the Barry White estate filed a lawsuit against the producer over an uncleared sample.

Then, other record companies filed lawsuits against the firm that produced Metro’s “BBL Drizzy”. But this is the first time the producer has been officially charged with assault, according to LeMaistre’s lawsuit. Metro has not yet addressed these claims.
